Framework Review
For this journal, the framework is as follows:
The above framework about developing a destination appeals to rural tourism. It consists of nine variables which are the independent variable and dependent variable. This framework has identified different rural destination attractions that motivate current and potential tourists to visit the rural destination. The framework also was developed to increase the number of tourists and to make a rural destination become a preferred destination by the visitors.
Tourism attraction is defined as the main tourism experience in a particular destination that needs to be well-managed so that the destination's features could become a tourist attraction. Although the number of tourists in rural destinations has increased, the common aspects of rural destination appeals make it difficult to attract more tourists and to develop destination identity.
The research on the tourism destination and push-and-pull factors have grown over the years. But a study from the journal's existing literature review indicates there is still a lack of studies in developed a framework for the rural tourism destinations attractions. It is very necessary to develop a framework for rural destination appeals to attract more tourists. There are different appeals for rural destinations such as culture, landscape characteristics, tourism-related activities, food, and history of the destination.
Items of Variables
Findings
indicate that there are eight independent variables generated
from this study. The elements are: (1) basic characteristics of rural tourism destination; (2) rural destination image; (3) rural destination
awareness and identity; (4) tourist accessibility to
rural destination; (5) hard factors tourist attractions;
(6) soft factors tourist attractions; (7) community-based tourism and cultural events; and (8) local
meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions
(L-MICE).
Below are the measurement items and independent variables generated from the study:
Findings from this study have contributed to the rural tourism destination appeals from both theoretical and practical implications. From the theoretical perspective, these findings on the tourism destination appeals are conceptualized in developing a framework for rural tourism destination appeals. The theoretical contribution is important to bridge the gaps in the existing tourism literature.

INTERPRETIVISM PARADIGM
The paradigm of interpretive anthropology was invented by a single anthropologist, Clifford Geertz whose humanistic interests and inclinations have always been apparent. Gertz began his academic career as an English major with the ambition of becoming a novelist, however, he completed his undergraduate degree in philosophy before turning to anthropology. The book that introduced "interpretive anthropology" as a new way to interact with ethnographic information and develop anthropological knowledge was Geertz 1973.

In pursuit of knowledge, interpretative promotes the value of qualitative data. This framework of theory and study is based on the nature of a particular situation and contributes to the fundamental objective of conceptual value. The interpretivism paradigm developed as a critique of positivism in the social sciences. Furthermore, interpretivism share beliefs about the nature of knowledge and reality.
The studies have adopted a paradigm of interpretation which positions the researcher as being in and with the context of the study to gather information through sharing the respondents' experiences. This is due to the ontological orientation and beliefs of the researchers that there are different perspectives and an epistemological view which has to do with the beliefs of the researchers in the interpretativism concept which various meaning and knowledge structures exist.
